I’ve always been a fan of The Brilliance ever since it started. Its always provided great finds and insights on some of the coolest aspects of niche culture and life.
Thanks to Ben @ The Brillaince for their review of Only Human.

Not too much of an announcement but I learned today that having your site validate with the W3C is more than just an ego boost. It actually serves a purpose when running Rails tests. Our rake tests were erroring out due to the site not being valid markup. This in turn lets mistakes get through the testing process. So remember all you designers out there, validation has more of a purpose than what those html nazis tell you.
I hear Joey wispering “I told you so” in the distance.

We’re having some issues moving from MYSQL 4 to 5 at the moment so please be patient with us as we roll out the new database along with the new features. You may have received a request email from one of us, please be patient while we try to work through these issues tonight.
